Barbara has been a part of the team since 1991, and her favorite thing about her job is getting to know each patient and helping them improve their oral health. Barbara was born and raised in Jacksonville, and she has three children and six grandchildren. She is a fan of outdoor activities and spending time with her friends and family.
Barbara is in charge of administrative duties at the office, such as scheduling, insurance verification, accounts receivable, patient relations, contracts, and consent agreements. With her warm and friendly personality, she always ensures our patients fully understand the benefits and treatment options available.
Samantha Smith
Administrative Assistant
Samantha grew up in the northside of Jacksonville, FL. Samantha graduated from West Nassau High School in Callahan, FL. She has 5 years of medical experience with her CNA license and has been in the dental field since 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities in Georgia with her baby girl Hallie and her husband Clayton.
Charlie Tucker
Dental Hygienist
Charlie graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with her degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene in 2015. She prides herself in continuing to learn and evolve and is very passionate about educating our guests about their oral health to ensure they can achieve optimal dental wellbeing. Charlie has been in Jacksonville since 2011, which is where she met her husband, and has two children. In her free time, Charlie loves to spend time with her kids having adventures, volunteering with local animal rescues as a foster family, gardening, and reading.
Kelsey Whitfield
Dental Auxiliary
Kelsey is a dedicated and enthusiastic dental assistant with a strong work ethic and a passion for patient care. Kelsey started working as a dental assistant in 2019, Her passion and love for dentistry inspired her to further her education and work towards becoming a Dental Hygienist. When not busy working or studying, Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Wesley and their children.
Jaylyn Clemons
Dental Auxiliary
Jaylyn has been in the dentistry field for two years. She studied Expanded Functions for the Dental Auxiliary at the Florida Institute of Dental Assisting. Over the years she has grown to love building relationships with her patients and helping them find their smile. Jaylyn is from Baker County FL, where she enjoys raising their daughter Kynsleigh. In her free time, Jaylyn enjoys playing with her daughter and spending time with family and friends.
Hannah Partridge
Dental Auxiliary
Hannah was born the mountains of North Carolina but raised here in Jacksonville. She has been an expanded functions dental assistant for 2 years now. Hannah is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable in the chair, & confident with their smile. Hannah met her now husband in 2021 & happily married in 2024. They have 3 dachshund dogs. They are soon to be parents, welcoming a baby in November 2025! Hannah enjoys spending time with her fur babies, her family, in being in the mountains.
